In the photo information, you can create a list of people that you can associate with your photos. This can help you easily identify who is in a photo when viewing small thumbnails on screen. However, the best reason for associating people to your photos is that you can search for photos of specific people.
To add a person to one or more selected photos, click the Add People button below the photo information, and enter a name. The name is added to the list of people in the photo information. To associate people from your list with one or more photos, select the photo or photos, and check the people in the people list.
Note: You can also associate people with a photo or add people to the list by clicking the arrow button on a photo or right-clicking a photo and selecting People from the menu.
If you have multiple photos selected in the viewer, all names associated with the selected photos are highlighted.
If you want to remove a person from your people list, search for all photos associated with the person. Select all the photos that appear in the search results, and then uncheck the name in the people list. This removes the name from the list.
