The photos in your album display the filename beneath the picture. However, you can add a caption that appears instead of the filename. The captions help you identify photos, and you can search for photos by words in your caption.
To add or edit a photo caption, select the photo, and click the Add Caption button below the photo information. If you select multiple photos, you can add the caption to all of them at the same time.
Note: You can also add or edit a caption by right-clicking a photo or clicking the arrow button on a photo and selecting Edit Caption from the menu. The Ctrl+E shortcut also opens the Edit Caption window.
